Similar to its predecessors, the game is a third-person shooter where players take control of the Plants or the Zombies in either a cooperative or competitive multiplayer environment.

The game features 20 customizable gameplay classes, six of which are new to the franchise. Players can compete against each other in various competitive multiplayer modes, with several open zones which allowed players to explore, find collectibles, and complete quests. Split-screen local multiplayer is also available for all gameplay modes

Visual FX - These were some of the things I was responsable for:

I started working in early production and I had the chance to create core VFX emitters, textures, shaders, documentation and visual guides for the rest of the team to use.

I also worked very closely with designers to implement different VFX for characters. This included idle, abilities, quest, NIS or environment VFX.

I was in charge of 4 characters from VFX concept to completion. I also support other artist who came overseas to help our local team.

I kept updating VFX emitters with new and better functionality based on the team needs.

I was in charge of the whole final boss sequence of the campaign and the death sequence of the disco zombie boss.
